Get your land back. Easy as !

More than 2000Hrs clearing and mulching all invasive species on difficult and steep terrain

We have two LV600 Green Climber remote controlled machines with various attachments to satisfy most land clearing requirements on flat to very steep, smooth to very rough terrain. From the biggest woolly nightshade, privot or gorse trees to a town area of Kikuyu grass requiring a nice finish we can help with whatever growing problem you may have.

All while avoiding chemical sprays, scrub cutters and the dangers to drivers of vehicles on steep slippery slopes.

With thousands of hours experience on these machines, we pride ourselves on being very efficient and cost effective in what we do, and our feedback from customers reflect this.

We service the BOP, Waikato region and further if required.

About us

My name is James Dunlop and with my son Finley we have started

“No Mans Land mowing”.

A Katikati local from the beginning and an engineer by trade. I was in PNG working when I overheard two Canadian mates talking about these motorway remote mowing vehicles, they had seen in Vancouver 2016.

I wasn’t sure they would work out in our NZ environment but soon after seeing a small clip of the Italian operators trialing a mulching head on a machine the light came on in my head.

We have two remote machines now with various attachments and two old school Toyota Landcruiser's that are as hard working now as ever.

We have met a whole bunch of the best people, who have all been so positive about what we are doing. But helping good people trying to improve their land & waterways put natives in the ground and “do their bit” for the environment is not a bad way to spend our day.

Kindest regards

Finley and James Dunlop

What people says

Not only were the weeds gone, but, contrary to other
mowers or digger operations, our small natives and ferns scattered through the weeds were
untouched.
Keri (Thames)
Easily dealt with
decades old bamboo ranging from 2"- 5" in diameter. Thanks to James and Fin we've been able to access a part of our property

Temuera (Whangamata)
James has dealt with our gorse and avocado pruning mulching, and we cannot ask for anything better. No job too large or tricky - this machine is amazing. The results are just as promised.
Ross (Katikati)
The steep terrain of about 30 to 40 degrees was no problem. He would push over 4 to 5 ft gorse like it wasn't even there. I will definitely use this company again
